    Such an amazing product. Fits my pixie cup perfectly and is so easy to use. Plug it in, put purifier water, place your cup, press the button and voila. You’re good to go.

    One of the best parts is how unrecognizable it is. I can leave it on my countertop and it just exists without drawing any attention. Such an amazing design and even better product.

    I just ordered this version after the original version I purchased Jan 2020 died out of nowhere. I liked the original one quite a bit and decided to order the 2.0 despite the OG one dying in less than a year. Pixie cup offered me a replacement and when I told them I had ordered the 2.0, they immediately offered me a refund on my OG one that died. Excellent customer service and honestly, even if this one dies one me, I would reorder because of the customer service alone.

    I was really excited about my steamer and only heard good things about it. But even though I put the exact amount of water in it or now also trying less, it always starts to boil over and water is splashing everywhere from the top of the whole.
    Am I doing something wrong? Help pls!

    Great Product! The product is simple and easy to use. I just pour in water, place the cup in, and turn it on. Simple. Saves me the trouble of stove boiling and finding a pot that I don’t mind using for menstrual products. Prior to this I would just pour boiling water over the cup in a glass jar that I wasn’t using for anything else. This seems like a much better option for sanitization.

    How many days does this system take to dry your cup? It’s on day 6 and still there’s water inside it. Would’ve saved ten bucks and bought the one that simply sterilizes. Quite ridiculous really.
