Can the Pixie Thermal be washed inside a washing machine?
No, the device can not be machine washed or dried. Please spot clean as needed.
Can the Pixie Thermal be used with other power banks?
We do not recommend using other power banks with your Pixie Thermal for safety reasons. We do hope to have replacement power banks available on our website in the near future. In the meantime, if you have issues/questions about your power bank, please message us at info@pixiecup.com

What is the emf level of the Pixie Thermal?
Pixie Thermal uses graphene heating, which is lower than the electromagnetic field of other heating pads on the market.
Can the Pixie Thermal be worn while the power bank is charging?
We do not recommend wearing the Thermal while the power bank is charging for safety reasons.
Can the Pixie Thermal be combined with a TENS unit?
Yes, it is safe to combine the heating pad with a TENS unit. If you do experience any discomfort, discontinue the combination immediately.
How hot does the Pixie Thermal get?
High Heat = 140F
Medium Heat = 122F
Low Heat = 113F
Can the Pixie Thermal be wrapped around a leg, arm, etc.?
Absolutely! The heating pad is very soft and flexible.
How long does the power bank last on one charge?
The battery will last for up to 3 hours of continued use.
Can I wear the Pixie Thermal while sleeping?
It’s not recommended to wear any electric devices while sleeping; however, the Thermal is equipped with an auto shut off; when using the high heat setting, the temperature will automatically change to the medium setting after 15 minutes. The medium heat setting will automatically change to the low heat setting after 30 minutes.
Can the power bank fit in my pocket?
The power bank can be kept in a pocket or stored on the belt.
